In this new blog post I will talk about ✨my favorite food ✨. Although one of my favorite "food" is tea, something I really like to accompany it with are banana pancakes, free of animal ingredients.
To make them I use one cup of flour, one cup of almond milk, a pinch of salt and a banana. I mix all this together in a bowl and put the mixture in a preheated pan. What I like about this meal is that it's quick and easy to make, and you can eat them with various side dishes or just on their own, but I personally like them with some chopped fruit.
I feel that this food, like everything else, when eaten too regularly is harmful to your health, but if you eat it occasionally it is not extremely harmful. I highly recommend this recipe as it is quite simple to make and many people may like it.
